Growing business requires new kinds of experts
Outi Järvinen, M.Sc. (Chem.), has started work as Head of Resourcing and Accounts in DRA’s sales and marketing team. Her areas of responsibility include the development of client relationships, the resourcing of customer teams, and expert sales management.
“DRA’s business operations have been growing rapidly, so we need experts like Outi,” says Kaija Korpiaho-Haga, DRA’s Managing Director.
Outi has almost 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has extensive expertise in clinical drug trials and marketing authorisations. She came to DRA from Faron Pharmaceuticals. She has previously worked for Quintiles, Smerud, Organon and Leiras.
As a versatile expert on the pharmaceutical industry, Outi also has experience of sales, pharmacovigilance, wholesale activities and quality.
“Outi combines the understanding of the entire drug life cycle with a burning desire to develop operations from the perspective of a client. We can now react to our clients’ changing needs even faster,” says Kaija. “We will also be able to use Outi’s expertise in selling our experts’ work in the Nordic countries and Europe.”
