The results from our client satisfaction survey in 2019 (Teetutkimus.fi) show that 95% of our clients are happy with their co-operation with us. Total satisfaction scored 4.6 (rate from 1 to 5), and nearly 70% of the respondents gave the highest possible score. We were particularly thanked for service-mindedness and meeting the agreed timelines as well as for co-operation fostering our clients’ business goals.
We were described as a competent, reliable and solution-oriented partner. Our clients feel that the most important factors in our co-operation are competence, high quality, rapid services and high-quality services.
This year, we used the NPS method for the first time to measure client satisfaction. Our NPS (Net Promoter Score) is 78, which is an incredibly good result in terms of comparison data (score 50 and higher is defined as an excellent rating).
We promised to donate a sapling to developing countries for each response received. With your active response to our survey, we have now been able to plant a small forest.
